Service Learning Opportunities

 At Futuro Lleno de Esperanza, we believe that all individuals bring a unique perspective and make contributions that matter - whether they are our students, members of our community, or visitors.  Because of this belief, we strive to nurture interactions that make a difference and leave an impact on all involved.  We honor relationships and the role each person can play in making personal engagement deep, connective, and unforgettable.

In short, we don’t do cookie-cutter programming.

All Service Learning opportunities are tailored to the individual group’s strengths, areas of focus, and goals for the trip.  We personalize each encounter to maximize and leverage the individual group members’ unique abilities.  From medical missions to dance camps, art lessons to carpentry projects, scientific sessions to facility improvement, we are open to creating a fulfilling and engaging experience for both the group and the community. 

Even without a specified skillset or focus, we will create a camp for you, during which we will model different styles of teaching and learning at the center, and foster connection between your group and community members.
